Important: Room temperature affects heat pad output. Always test temperatures with a thermostat before introducing your reptile. We recommend pairing any heat pad with a quality thermostat for safe, consistent temperature regulation.

HOW TO USE

Place the heat pad under the enclosure — not inside it. Positioning it underneath keeps the element away from moisture, substrate, and live or frozen/thawed prey items. You can:

• Lay it flat under the enclosure without any tape, or
• Secure it with a few small pieces of duct tape or packing tape for a cleaner setup that still allows for easy removal later

If your Kages enclosure was ordered with the matching belly heat recess, the Ultratherm pad is designed to sit flush in that recessed channel, keeping it protected and positioned directly under your reptile's preferred warm zone.
