The Manitowoc NEO UDP0240W is a self-contained undercounter commercial ice machine and ice maker that produces up to 240 lb of full cube ice per day and stores up to 90 lb in its built-in bin, all in one cabinet. No separate bin to buy or stack: set it, plumb it, plug it in.

Full dice cube is the slow-melting, high-displacement standard for bars, restaurants, and bagging, and it holds its shape in a glass without watering the drink down.

This is the water-cooled model, which carries condenser heat away through a water line instead of into the room, the right pick for hot kitchens or tight, enclosed spaces that lack the clearance an air-cooled unit needs, with the tradeoff of added water use.

Sizing and install. Size so daily production comfortably covers peak plus the bin buffer; if demand outgrows this unit, step up to a modular head and a larger bin. Plan the correct outlet, a cold water supply, and a drain. Fits under a 40 in bar die. Water-cooled models also need a condenser water line.
