Asymmetrical factory load bars are a common culprit behind carriers that sit at a slight angle, and a leaning kayak carrier is both an aesthetic annoyance and a genuine performance issue on the water.

The Malone Aero Bar Shim Kit is a simple, no-tool fix that corrects carrier lean caused by factory crossbars that taper or curve across their width. Adding up to two high-density rubber shims per side under the low side of the carrier brings it back to level, improving both the look of the installation and the way the carrier holds your boat during transport. Moulded to accept M8 mounting bolts directly, the shims integrate cleanly into the existing carrier hardware without any modification.

Compatible with the SeaWing, SeaWing Stinger Combo, DownLoader, J-Pro 2, and MegaWing carriers, and includes 80mm mounting bolts to replace the standard hardware where the extra length is needed.
