Bring bright, tropical pineapple notes to your creations with this concentrated flavouring. These flavouring essences are suitable for beer, wine, ciders, and spirits. Because it’s highly concentrated, you only need a small amount to make an impact. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually plenty. In food, just a few drops will do, adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer, we recommend starting with a small sample (around 200mL), refining the flavour to your liking, then scaling the dosage for the full batch.
