This model is unlined – apart from a thin layer of fleece – and the cuff goes up well above the jacket sleeve. An extra long wrist adjustment ensures that the glove stays firmly in place when you’re working with ice axes and retainers. The palm is made of goatskin, while the backhand and cuff are made of supple softshell fabric. The knuckles, thumb and index finger have synthetic suede reinforcements that are capable of withstanding friction from ropes very well. A laminated HDry membrane stops moisture and allows moisture to escape while optimising feel and grip. The glove also comes with Hestra handcuffs and has a hanging loop on the little finger.
